Yum. I already have a cooked turkey that just came out of the oven. Someone else suggested turkey. I’ll be trying that dressing tomorrow with an early thanksgiving salad.

I buy frozen sweet potatoes that are peeled and cubed. I roast them with onion chunks and pineapple chunks-both EASY and delicious! And goes with everything!

Lovely salad, Kaleb. Fancy enough for Thanksgiving or a pot luck, but easy enough to whip up on a weeknight. And you could substitute walnuts or roasted squash if that's what you have handy. Happy Thanksgiving!

I’m feeling sorry for myself and all other fellow low sodium souls stuck on a blasted low sodium lifestyle!!🤦🏻‍♀️ The holidays are soooo difficult for me! 😫 I would love to make this salad but I can’t even imagine what everything would taste like without using salt in the recipe. Olive oil, sure, but really, try hazelnut oil. It’s a bit expensive but you can mix with any vegetable oil if you want. Hazelnut oil and apple cider vinegar is a match made in heaven 😊

I've made a harvest salad for Thanksgiving before (it's actually great if you have to bring a dish), but it won't be with the meal this year. I prefer it Thanksgiving night if we get hungry or to go with turkey sandwiches the next day.
