Thank you for doing this video. The literal side by side comparisons with minimal but meaningful commentary is great. I'm a huge fan of having the ability to maintain dry signal with effect signal, so I think I would naturally gravitate toward the final rendition of separation into two amps... But this video confirms it for me. The closer I can get to that, the better. Its nice to get new ideas.

I'm going to randomly just say that I've got a Tumnus (best overdrive I own) and and an Ego (best compressor I own) and I couldn't be more satisfied. You make damn good pedals.

The 2 amp version is sweet. It’s clear but yet complex. But I can’t say I like one any more than the other. All are interesting and usable sounds. I look at them as flavors. For practical everyday purposes, I generally go delay before reverb.

I use the Ethereal pedal and it sounds awesome. Great information, I've found there is no right or wrong, just the sound you're looking for.

I'm with you Brian. I prefer the seperate delay and reverb signals into a stereo mix. This is similar to what I use in the DAW. But for live use, the truth is I run mono delay(s) into a mono reverb into a single amp. El Capistan set to toggle between slapback tape echo - or lush, ambient delays (via Favorite switch) into a digital reverb set to big plate or spring reverb that is only sometimes on (for surf tunes etc) into the amp - which also has a warm, fairly intense, but very shallow reverb (almost like a 'slapback' reverb) set. It's a quick, easy setup and I still have all of my timed based effects covered.

I use the eqd dispatch master which has reverb and delay, it sounds really great to me. I never thought about reverb before delay but I bet it works well for longer delays with repeats. It has more definition. This is a great vid!

Delay into Verb! Final Answer!!! For me it get a little lose and washy the other way around. Keep the vids coming!
