Hopefully soon. it's a little low priority until we get some of our new power supplies out the door. But, we're SO close to getting 4x4 and Mondo out.

Actually, great question. That bass version is actually a mini copy of my favorite compressor called an 1176. I can dial in the same attack and release that I use on my studio gear. I find the Dyna Comp's are great, but a little slow on the release for me. I like having all the controls to fine tune it myself.

James mentioned that the polytune is also powering the sparkle drive. What cable is he using to do that?

Hey, James! When are you gonna release the auto-wah looking orange-stripped pedal you've had for a while? It looks really fancy and I'm willing to bet it's as good as your other pedals.

This is beautiful.

Thanks. Well I don't know about the DynaComp. It was never my favorite compressor. I like the Bass version because I can dial in a much better type of compression for my clean sounds since the controls are exactly like what I'm used to, which is the rackmount 1176 studio units.

oh man, this make me want to dig out the Marshall plexi for my Jazz/Funk gigs! :-O

The original Polytune has a pass thru power jack. You just need an extra Pedal Power cable.

Hey James! Cool trick with the PolyTune. Would running power THROUGH the tuner as opposed to using a splitter to power the tuner AND the Sparkle Drive reduce noise?

hey James, great stuff! love your products! quick question, can you make the comp sound like a dynacomp? lastly, where do you run the giggity in the signal chain? I have been running it last, but thinking of moving to directly behind my drive pedals...just wondering!

As long as you don't exceed the mA per output total. Look in the manual of your pedals for the mA current draw for each and see if you have any room left on that output. Then you can daisy chain another possibly. But also remember, some pedals do not like being powered together. You'll have to experiment.

Thanks man, it´s also possible to power a EHX Q tron 24v 100ma in the PP 4X4?
@voodoolabofficial11 жыл бұрын
You'd have to eat up 2 of the 12V sections tied together. But, yes.

Hello Voodoo Lab. Not sure which dingbat board to get. The 4x4 or the 2 plus power? I only have one strymon and fulltone dejavibe and choralflange. The other pedals are just a wah, tuner, vertex OD and fuzz pedal. Thanks.

I've been wondering: If I were to plug a low mA pedal like a boss pedal into the higher voltage 9v 400mA ports, would it fry that pedal? create noise? What would be the possible problems?
@jeandannemann10 жыл бұрын
yeah I think this is the question everybody does... Voodoo Lab can you please help us?
