I have three things to say. One, I like the fact that this has been the most eventful Pokémon series I have ever watched on KZbin! Two, there are so many little moments in this series I love. Such as Red fighting closely alongside the Gym Leaders he’s fought while using what he learned, Red’s Charazard and Surge’s Raichu role playing as a fighter jet and fighter jet pilot, Green facing the member of Team Rocket who caused her so much trauma and that little moment with Red and Mewtwo after he just hands him the Master Ball! Good God, those are the moments I live for. Third and finally, that setup against Giovanni! The classic sense of nostalgia can be felt in that moment!

Personally speaking, this series alone is one of the most creative and heartfilled creations the pokemon series has seen. This episode alone outdoes the entire pokemon anime. You are amazing dude

This is good, great in fact but it does not out do the entire anime. That's disrespectful to all the hard working people who brought the anime to life. The anime has restrictions put on it. Remember this is a franchise mainly for kids so it can't go as hard as the manga or the games in some cases but it still has great characters, great stories and great animation. Pedro was inspired by the anime in some eps if you watched there are references everywhere. This project is a love letter to the franchise and I'm all for it but please let's keep everything in perspective.

Red getting Lapras also answers the question on how he was gonna reach Cinnabar Island for the 7th Gym Badge later on. Speaking of Cinnabar Island, will it just be exploring the Pokémon Mansion, going to that lab to use the Helix Fossil to get Omanyte, and then doing the Gym there, or will those three islands that popped up in the GBA games FireRed and LeafGreen get further integrated.

This is amazing!! So the big battle ended, Mewtwo freed himself from Giovanni and we returned back to the 1 on 1 battle Red against Giovanni in Silph Co. I actually didn't see that coming. Giovanni does use Nidorino in Red/Blue in this battle it makes sense. Also Red getting Lapras- love it

Have you decided Red's final team for the Elite4? I'm guessing Snorlax, Pikachu, Lapras, Charizard as a must. but who are the other 2? Clefable/Nidoking/Golem/Aerodactyl/Dodrio/Vileplume? me personally I would go with Vileplume because at the moment he doesn't have another grass type and Aerodactyl maybe as a strong rock that can use fly unlike Charizard and Aerodactyl was in Red's manga team

Man, if I had to tell you which episode of this show is currently the best, I'm willing to say it's this one. You managed to put so many references to the old episodes, especially through the different Gym Leaders and what they taught Red (and Leaf with Erika) that it still surprises me. Same for Red when he gives Mewtwo the choice to follow his heart or not. I also loved the man who gives Red his Lapras; I was wondering what you were going to do with it! Anyway, keep it up. Your series is so underrated that it deserves a lot of recognition, especially from those who grew up with Pokémon Red/Green/Blue/Yellow/Fire Red/Leaf Green. Looking forward to the next episode, as always.

1:35. Behold! The longest Arbok known to man! Must be a descendant of Kaa from Disney's Jungle Book.^^ All joking aside, goodness this was an incredible episode! The action was very well-paced and, as you announced, featuring a lot of Pokemon. And that suspense at the end when they fight for the (spoiler) MasterBall! Impeccable pace! Plus, I appreciate a lot all the continuity details, such as Brock and Red using Bide... or Red's Nidoking saving Blue and the latter then using Nidoking in a battle... or Leaf confronting Archer with Erika's help... So much plot and development in just a few seconds. I said it several times, I'll say it again, I am always in awe with the quality of your writing. I agree wholeheartedly with the people who comment that this channel is underrated and deserves more exposure! So I hope this like and this comment will help it a little with the algorithm...

Now...this episode is a masterpiece ngl. The battle of Red, Blue, Green, (with the assistance of 3/4ths of the gym leaders plus Bill and Daisy) plus how they all played a part against Giovanni, the executives, and Team Rocket was awesome. I like the development of Green and how she turned over a new leaf, Nidoking saving Blue redeeming himself for what he had done to Raticate, and Mewtwo eventually broke free from Giovanni's control. I also like how Red gotten the Lapras since the people detained in Silph Co were grateful for him and regained hope that Team Rocket can be stopped. Really nice how you're making Team Rocket look so serious to take. (hope I phrased that last sentence right though) I like how almost everyone, including the Elite Four, and working on their ways to beat Team Rocket from potentially taking control of the entire region. Lorelei freezing Blaine from trying to escape Silph Co., Bruno taking on the grunts (that's kinda funny that he's only taking on a fully army of just mere Team Rocket GRUNTS considering how he's consistently a pushover in Pokemon Red/Blue with a team with TERRIBLE MOVEPOOLS but speaking of that, I'm wondering if he is going to retain those bad movepools especially for the Onixes when Red faces him XD), Agatha saving Oak, and seeing Lance riding on a Dragonite hyper beaming those Team Rocket blimps is also sick. For Blaine though, Team Rocket may have been using him but he's still far from guilty. I know he'll definitely atone somehow and accept his guilt but right now, he's trying to get away from his involvement with Team Rocket. And just like in the Pokemon Fire Red rom hack Team Rocket Edition, he's such a freaking coward that he can't accept the burden of his guilt. And perhaps maybe that's why presumably he locked himself in his gym....or the Elite Four is going to decide Blaine's punishment for his actions. Random Minor Details: - I like how Green's Haunter (nice reference to how she used a Gengar on Let's Go btw) used lick on Mewtwo but it didn't do jack. Clearly a reference to how in gen 1, psychic type moves are IMMUNE to ghost type moves. At least only lick because night shade is set damaging move and set damaging moves ignore type immunities back in gen 1. - Mewtwo breaking the master ball that Giovanni caught them with was the perfect way for Mewtwo to break free from control, not to mention he started to gain some bit of trust in humans. - Now Bill hacking in the computer to open the gates the employees are locked behind is clever way to utilize this character. Few Things I am wondering later on: - When Red stumbles upon the fighting dojo...perhaps Red could pick Hitmonlee like in Pokemon Origins? - When we get to the Red's battle against Sabrina, would he use Scyther? (even if in gen 1, Scyther doesn't even learn a single STAB bug move unfortunately....perhaps Fury Cutter like in the gen 3 remakes? But I do like how Red got a Scyther in one of the previous episodes, that's kinda like how he does use one in the Pokemon Origins anime) Also, is Sabrina still going to retain that Venomoth which isn't even a psychic type? - I wonder what other gen 1 (or even Fire Red/Leaf Green references) references you might make? If anything, I kinda doubt you'll reference stuff like the badge boost glitch, rage locking you into the same move over and over, or the random times in Red/Blue where Blaine uses a super potion on a full health pokemon. XD (Sorry if this message seems way too long, good sir ^_^')

A true spectacle for any person who is devoted to Pokemon, or even a neophyte cautiously finding their way around the universe. I'll be coming into my 26th year and my relationship with Pokemon began at 3 with Yellow. Anything concerning the original saga never fails to penetrate directly into the seat of my emotion. The rapture I felt after watching through Origins was tainted by a bitter disappointment that they did not grant the entire saga the screen time I so emphatically believed it deserved. Now, owing to your masterful and indefatigable work, the sense of emptiness I (and I imagine thousands more) once felt over the passing over of so much of the fundamental story in Origins is at last transforming into sincere gratification as I witness, week by week, your unrivalled way of articulating an epic historical narrative, which is as dear and formative to me as any extract of real human history, come into its full majesty. Never give up, no matter how rough it may become, because you are making the dreams of thousands of pokemon lovers manifest before their very eyes with your unique and soul-touching rendition of the original pokemon story.

HOT DAMN. One more you're created something amazing! This fight sequence was AWE INSPIRING. I loved the way everything just fluidly moved around the battle field, and old friendships and rivalries coming back to play roles in how they could play off and along side each other because of lessons learned from them! Not only did you make Team Rocket an imposing threat, and make Mewtwo both the biggest danger and one most in need of help in that chaotic battle, you showed not only how strong Red, Blue and Green are, but also the gym leaders, and of course the Elite Four Members! And using all those moments from the series canon and fan speculation to weave into your own narrative! Stealing a pokeball and shattering it, Mewtwo still doing his Explode the base and flee, Red getting a gift pokemon and facing off with Giovanni once again. Even Bill's computer skills got utilized! I'm in AWE in all the best ways.

Little hints of the future, the inclusion of so many characters and character moments, the growth we've seen... I love this series, and I'll keep saying it. I've been watching for a while now and truly, you are a talented artist, animator and storyteller. I love your unique style of animation, your attention to little details and continuity, yet allowing yourself to put your own twist on things, to set up narratives and let them pay off. Man, that battle was just on fire! You really see the culmination of everyone's growth and bonds formed throughout all their journeys. Seeing things like Erika showing how Leaf has grown beyond what Team Rocket did to her, Blue and Daisy working together, Red showing what he learned from Brock, back to back badassing with Misty, and going buff again with Lt. Surge, not to mention all the Gym Leader team ups, it was all just awesome! And Red making sure Mewtwo could have the satisfaction in freeing himself, and showing him that some humans can be trusted thanks to Red's trust in him.

This video maybe the single best take on Pokemon by anyone on KZbin, including the creators of the franchise themselves. Deep characters, highly emotional screenplay, intense action and mature arcs that come full circle. You have gone beyond the traditional black and white lens through which many people see the show and have introduced so many layers to the story. Deeply satisfying to watch. After learning how to understand the hearts of Pokémon, it was really fitting of Red to let Mewtwo decide his own destiny. And that destiny was the most epic version of ‘Wild Mewtwo Fled!’ This was easily the most chaotic yet hardcore mass battle of the series and I loved every second of it. Also, that was a cool way to bring the Silph Co. Lapras into the fray. Rock on, Pedro!

This episode draws its strength from having a personality of its own: it's completely brand new to everything a pokemon fan has witnessed so far in all the other installments: yet one f can find continuous references to these installments at the same time (such as the pokemon "royal rumble" seen in the first movie). I'd like also to add that a huge sign of maturity of this anime project can also be found in the self-reference lore of the previous episodes (Nidoking finding redemption and closure to Blue, for one). Not only am I finding pleasure in watching this work of art just for the sake of the episode, but also in all these little pieces of thoughts. Keep on Pedro! ❤

This episode didn't dissapoint. This was awesome. The big melee between heroes and gym leaders against the rockets. Even the elite four lending a helping hand around the region. Mewtwo being released from Rocket control after all that was a satisfying conclusion. But they're not done with Giovanni whom makes another stand...and that is the most epic way to receive a gift pokemon. The grateful helpers and trainers throwing a Lapras at Red in support, aiding and repaying the hero for his bravery. Even small details like Blue and Red's Nidoking, Green overcoming past demons and how everyone supports each other through the entire thing...It just is so magnificent
