Sometimes pieces are missing in sets, it's only happened to me once out of like the 100 Lego sets I've had in my life, but their customer service is really good and they'll send you the missing piece for free!

I got my kid Bowser's Airship for Christmas last year and there were 3 pieces missing in just the first 2 bags. Fortunately, they have a pretty good order site where you can request up to 5 missing pieces and they ship them to you for free.

You should watch the videos AFTER trying to figure it out- You missed some cool little features. Mainly the bongos one, when you scan the barcode then slide to orange-yellow it's different tones. Then Cranky Kong is actually paying you coins to "deliver" that bunch of bananas on top of the tree. It's SO awkwardly close up to him though like the other Lego review I watched was just scanning him backwards to not make it look weird but even then it's WAY too close lmao Nothing crazy, but missed :c
