Pegasus is such a brutal opponent in Duelist Roses, but I gotta give them credit for designing the board to resemble Shady attacking from outdoors, cross the two drawbridges, and enter Pegasus's toon castle!

One more Tremendous Fire would have done it. I don't know for sure, but I believe Pegasus to have 3 of those cards in his deck. Pegasus used it twice, but only played one such card from his hand. The second use was from Mimicat, which means if I'm correct about Pegasus' deck, there were still 2 more that he just couldn't draw.

At first I never realize peagasus had no second eye then after playing capsule monsters colleaum I learnt he has a second eye, I think shady should play capsule monsters because it has a good enough story

Wild duel Shady lol. No you cannot get powerful cards like Change of Heart or Tremendous Fire through slot machines, only through reincarnation. Trust me Shady if you thought Pegasus was insane wait till final opponent, he too broken. Hopefully you see this message, also you should try using more traps, they can be very clutch

You had a busted Pumpkin on the first hand. Just had to fuse weak Plant + Warrior + Zombie for Pumpkin and equip with Dark Energy and Violet Crystal.

It doesn't work like that..weak plant + weak warrior it is gonna end up with a wood remain 1000 attack ghost...let me tell you the formula.. Bellow 900 att. Zombie + 900 att warrior it will always lead to wood remains...1000 att. Zombie +1700 or bellow grass type it leads to pumpkin king of ghosts...or vise versa..1700 zombie with any grass type bellow 1700 attack will lead to pumpkin

Turn one had melike, ‘you had a pumpkin!’ Warrior + zombie = zombie over 1000 attack. Then you add grass to make pumpkin.

Definitely harder than this one tho. Gotta take movement speed into consideration, have a flyer as leader and two mon with an AoE attack to just blitz the enemy fortress before their troops get to yours cause mid game defending is almost impossible.

You can see how many turns are left for the spellbound to leave in the bottom right corner of the spellbound monster. You can't activate spell cards when steped on, unless is an equip that can be equip to your monster.

The ones with lower dc tend to be harder because you need to be lower than it meaning if you were above that dc you need to remove some cards and still be at 40 cards minimum which is what fake trap is useful for

You should probably change your deck leader to one of your Pumpkings if they have gained decent abilities. They'll suit your deck better. Great series btw.

The reason Change of Heart and Tremendous Fire weren't in the slots, is that those cards are considered "too good" and cards that are "too good" will never appear in the slots, no matter what. These cards include, but are not limited to, Summoned Skull, Blue-eyes, Dark Magician Girl, Tremendous Fire, Change of Heart, any Ritual monster ...etc.

Well, Shadi was helping out Yugi in the anime and Ishizu filled that role for Seto. I would not necessarily call it the villain side either, as many of the characters have heel/face or face/heel turns in the show. I wish there were more opponents in this game.

Hey shady! In the bottom right hand corner of when you hover over a card that is spellbound, you can see how many turns itll be! Edit: When you try to move over your opponents spell cards, it eats them. Like earlier in the duel with your zombie dude eating that attack positioned card

Toons basically get 1000 plus attack power on home space, you lose 500 and they gain 500. Normally, Pegasus is tough but Zombie pumpkin decks run him over. Or you can use machines, Keith has a monster which makes all monsters machines. So you can use Limit and bust down the house, also don't forget to try to grind slots. You can get legendary monsters/spells/traps. Ishtar has Mirror Wall, so watch for it and I believe Mai does as well. Other than that, good luck on the next match.

Τry putting your Candle of Fate to your deck shady. If it's face up in defence position your opponents monsters lose 100 ATK each turn. So you combine it with the pumpkin in both defence positions and your monsters gain 100 ATK each turn and your opponents monster lose 100 ATK each turn due to Candle of Fate's turn ;)

Well..the best move at the start of your battle was to fuse Masked clown 1000 attack with shadow spectre 500 attack. You would have zombie warrior 1200 attack which means if you fuse griggle with zombie warrior you could have a pumpkin buddy :D

So since zombie warrior > 1000 atk, fusion with a plant would have yielded pumpking. Triple fusion, wooh! Ps. I looked into it and figured out only crass clown + zombie gives clown zombie. It can't be any clown haha. Love your work!

Shady if you look by the Def # of a monster that is Spell bound you can see how long its SB # is going to last. There are only 3 number lengths of SB, 1 turn, 3 turns, Infinite

Hey shady I may be in the minority but I think it would be more intresting for the playthrough if you switched from a zombie based deck. Pumpking VERY op and you’ll kinda breeze through the game if you continue as is. I think machine or toons could be a great deck choice as they are both good and very fun. No hate if you don’t want to change decks or if you change to something else, really enjoying the play through this game was my childhood. Exited to watch the rest of it!

Only immortal type monsters can move and get buffed by crush terrian regardless of their attack power and when ever any immortal monster dies it makes a crush small cross and an immortal leader gets the ability to make crush terrian when ever they move making them the best deck in the game. You can obtain immortal monsters by walking on secret spots in terrian with a leader with finding ability then to get 3 of them you need to put them in your deck and play against deck master k (which mirrors your deck) in custom duels

Nope. Raises any monster by 300 atk and defense. Not as good as the regular equips which raise 500 each. You are thinking of riryoku which is buuuuuusted, steals half of your opponents life points when you use it and increases his monsters stats by that amount

I think our strategy needs a bit of tinkering. All those monster cards you wasted to get cards you wanted could have been used to fish out trap and magic cards Pegasus played. You could have also rushed him a lot quicker and gave him less time to set up. Power increases are great and all but I think if you rely on one or two monsters to win, then you'll eventually fail.
