There is a difference. The christian/religious beleif you feel as a person, as a individual is different to the heard version , things become distorted and diluted when a group or leader attempts to control the way in which a person's beleives or worships. Its the organisation part i notice that many people are against, both those who beleove and those who do not. And when those organised groups enter rhe world of politics and start having command over ppls lives is when you lose your freedom to choose and speak and many other things. But I'm British, and we don't have the same levels of fundamentalist beleif as United States.

I think Tom got part of the hook on this song from a video he saw of Ben where Ben said "Facts don't care about your feelings." I think Ben was talking to some college kids about gender and the definition of a woman, etc.

It's so true. Notice how nobody, including South Americans, ever go on about the Spanish, who literally wiped out both the Incan & the Mayan civilizations, or even Germany (regarding the attempted genocide of the Jewish), but the white Americans and the UK get hate from every angle, at literally every opportunity (just look in the comments of any video that has to do with history like slavery, colonization and even modern cancel culture) It's honestly ridiculous, every single successful empire in the world has done similar things, even every country, culture and race, sometimes in a much more severe fashion. It's how we evolved so much in 50,000 years (compared to any other species ever). It's one of the primary reasons that humanity flourished, by competing with other species, and then tribes, at any cost, until all of them fell under one banner (yes, all the land too). Next those banners turn on other countries, and do it all again, all for growth, which incidentally produces inspiration, new ideas, and inventions (which oft times get made into household or everyday items, yet most started as something to help one army/nation/whatever to win against another. Everything from fire, all the way upto ranged comms and phones) I'm sorry, I went on a bit of rant myself, I'm just getting tired of all the hypocrisy, just because, essentially, some were better at conquering/colonizing than others. This was a great reaction. Music like this promotes great discussions. I used to be center left. The left has moved so extremely far from the middle, or any sense of reason, that I'm now center right. Back to Tom. I love how Tom is a fully independent artist, builds his own sets by himself or with family help and his girlfriend Nova shoots & edits all his videos. Many people are also shocked to learn that Tom and Nova are from Canada. Tom is an American in his heart and soul now. He's more patriotic than all the self loathing ultra far lefties put together. It's refreshing to see an artist like Tom spit bars, facts and getting the recognition he and Nova deserve. Nova Rockefeller has some great songs too.

Great reaction. One thing to be careful of........When you point to Japan talking about "They're still great and they have their culture, etc."......understand this. Japan is VERY Racist. They have held on to their "Culture/Beliefs" because they refuse to allow "Outsiders" to come in and corrupt/pollute their society. Just something to think about when pointing to Japan as a "Role model". From a Conservative point of view......shared Values is what holds communities together. Religion is very easy way of "establishing" values. I've never been religious perse', just held my own beliefs and charged on. Over the last 5-10 years, I've seen the benefits of religion, of shared values and beliefs. The extreme Left has become a Cult of sorts (My viewpoint) and has such, has much of the shared ideas/values as a religion would have. In the Prepping world, most of the top YT channels talk about find your Tribe/Community NOW, not when the SHTF (it's too late to start trying to trust people). The Easiest way to find/build community is through religion/church. If you are Baptist, it's very simple to connect with other Baptists and build a "Community" because you have shared beliefs and Values.
