Cool. Noticed you using Fenwick HMG spinning rod with left hand retrieve (same as I use on my 10 foot Tarpon 100). Today, I subscribed to your channel because I'm considering replacing it with a new Catch 100 like yours which has stand ability and a better seat than my kayak. Talk about it in future bass fishing videos and I will continue to like and subscribe. Meanwhile I will watch your previous ones. Thanks.
@FishATX5 жыл бұрын
I appreciate you joining the channel! I love these HMG rods. The sensitivity and strength combination is amazing. I'll definitely continue to make videos with the kayak, and I plan on making a video going over the kayak features and the modifications I've made. They are awesome kayaks though! Super wide so the stability for a 10ft kayak is unmatched. You're not going to win any races but the stability, durability, comfort, and price make it great option for a fishing kayak.

Thanks for posting the video. I've been out in my kayak at Brushy Creek a few times, but didn't have any luck. Does your fish finder make a big difference when you're out? Considering getting one myself.
@FishATX3 жыл бұрын
Brushy Creek can be super hit or miss for me. I’ve definitely been skunked a few times! I honestly enjoy fishing shallow 90% of the time but I need to learn how to fish deeper with graphing. The fish finder definitely helps though in finding structure, drop offs and feeding fish! I’d recommend it for sure

Angling Spiders Thanks for the sub man! Just subbed back. I use a Go Pro Hero 5 Black on a Railblaza camera boom mount. I usually shoot in 2.7K at 60fps. I’m still looking for a better video editing software, but for this I used VideoPad. It’s super easy to use and has all the basic editing functions.

Angling Spiders I’ve been using a program called VideoPad Video Editor. It’s pretty much like an iMovie for windows. Simple and free (or you can upgrade to a cheap paid version). I want to upgrade to something like Adobe Premier at some point but it’s pricey!
