Hi Dr. Bri. Love all you do for us! However, do have a quick question. I notice that alot of this is with two legs off the floor. I had pelvic floor surgery with mesh in 2019 and was told I couldn't do any yoga or pilates with both feet off the floor at once. Would this be considered doing just that or would it be safe for me?

Wonderful thanks. Felt great and easy. I still have the Pilates dvd and chair accumulating dust ...I. need to take it out of the closet. I do better if I can just insert dvd on monitor. Dr Bri, do you have dvds or cds available for purchase...

Yes. Make sure to follow the instructions, and listen to your body and stop/modify, when needed.

The bridge on wall gives me really bad back pain. Anything i should be doing that maybe I'm not?
