@epistarter11364 жыл бұрын
Brotien Shake A small problem is to always mix your dry ingredients and wet seperately and then combine, a second one was that he didn't form enough gluten (which was going to be a pain without a stand mixer) but the dough in the video he tried to create was much smoother. With not much gluten the dough can't rise (the most important mistake) so even if he did let it rise it wouldn't give off a fluffier texture like the original made it out to be (though I would've liked to see what differences there would be between all purpose done seriously). I'm sure he didn't make this seriously but I just wanted to nitpick the things that lead up into that monstrosity.

The batter tasted saltier than the Dead Sea and I inevitably had to throw it out because of how fucking nasty it tasted. Yeast farts the more it eats. The longer it has to rise the more fart the yeast lets out. as it farts the dough on the outside keeps the gas on the inside cause it has a film over it from air. (kind of like that pudding on the top of the pudding cup or a soup that's been left in the pot for a while) yeast doesn't like being too cold or it doesn't eat as much. too hot and it dies. it's a living thing. let the yeast eat some of your bread so it may fart and give you stranding effects in your dough. i2.wp.com/farm5.static.flickr.com/4007/4573933168_be47e537d2.jpg those little holes you see are areas where the fart is trapped. this makes the dough thinner and easier to bake in the oven than the log he made. Also gives nice fluff. TL;DR: Let the yeast fart in your bread. it's important.
