My only guess is that he wants the name because there is a channel "Deep Turkish Web" and he wants to be shown more by searches. Deep Turkish Web is actually a humor skit channel and is famous in Turkey. When you start typing in Turkey ip, after the word 'deep'; 'deep turkish web', 'deep web humor', 'deep humor' etc. getting listed on search bar. This "Deep Humor" Turkish compilation channel also uses the same font and artstyle on texts both in video and thumbnails which Deep Turkish Web uses. He may try to look like they are Deep Turkish Web's alt-Channel where they make different content, kind of impersonation of a channel.
