Ok im gonna have to quote the mythbusters here. Shooting straight up WILL kill someone if it comes back down! The bullet will come down at its terminal velocity, which is still lethal for most bullets because they are designed to be aerodynamic. Shooting into the air is ridiculously reckless, and should only be done in open fields with lower velocity ammunition, like when bird hunting.

It seems most people are on the side of "don't harass KZbinrs at their homes," but that's not even one of the sides of the debate. Frank took a picture when he was in town for a different reason, then Boogie told him to show up in an interview. Then, when that interview didn't get posted, Frank went to his house. Also, Frank just walked up and knocked on the door, and Boogie willingly opened the door, which eliminates any stand your ground law that might have been in place. Also, Frank does make money on this through Gumroad.
