nah i thought and think it is pathetic too, i used to ride mongo. found it impossible to change to regular but i was finding it hard to improve. worked really hard on changing but i actually find skating much easier now that ive changed so it's been worth it. peace x

Nope, just size difference, nickle is just a couple inches bigger and maybe better if you have bigger feet. also it rides a lil smoother then the penny just because of the size... penny pretty smooth but you will feel some bumps but no big deal what so ever!I prefer penny just because its small and easy to carry
