Wow! That format was amazing and four times through on the compound move was killer🔥Each one of the moves worked me to my max! I almost thought I wasn’t going to make through😅Especially the set with squats and shoulder work!!! But I made it!! Thank you Penny another fantastic session 💪🏻

Definitely worked my whole body. Dripping now. Can’t use your heavy weights so still got great workout with 5kg, 6kg, 7. 1/2kg. Thanks again Penny.

Loved it! I really like when we repeat an exercise at least three times. I feel like it really works and fatigues the same muscle groups. also I enjoyed the exercise between the repeat exercises. I was just getting over a respiratory virus. This is exactly what I needed after a week of no exercise. Thanks again. You never disappoint.

Love doing your workouts in the UK Penny 👍. Just have to be careful on my right side after surgery before lockdown 🥴. Otherwise superb workouts and love seeing your little dogs come in at the end , very cute 🤣

You are my 3rd favourite Aussie. My son and his wife live in Broome.😂 You just keep me motivated and on track. Boredom kills any motivation. I ❤ how you keep it fresh and challenging. I'm 60 years old, I know and understand the importance of daily workouts. I have a back injury that requires a fusion, careful excercise is vital for me. I've managed to avoid doing that, not on the radar for me anytime soon. You have empowered me greatly. I want you to know how much I appreciate you. When I eventually get to visit Down Under, I hope to meet you in person. I live in South Africa.

An awesome workout! Not sure why it is titled For Women, as in my experience it is no different from any other workout without such categorisation. Just as tough as others especially if the appropriate weight is chosen. Thanks.

Dang it, Penny….Devil Presses are already my kryptonite, and you put in 4 in the same circuit!!! Well, it was an exercise in rising to the challenge of doing something I don’t want to do and doing it anyway, because we can’t control what comes our way but we can control how we react to it. Or something like that. I’m dripping in sweat. Great workout!!! THANK YOU!!!
