Loved it! I really like when we repeat an exercise at least three times. I feel like it really works and fatigues the same muscle groups. also I enjoyed the exercise between the repeat exercises. I was just getting over a respiratory virus. This is exactly what I needed after a week of no exercise. Thanks again. You never disappoint.

You are my 3rd favourite Aussie. My son and his wife live in Broome.😂 You just keep me motivated and on track. Boredom kills any motivation. I ❤ how you keep it fresh and challenging. I'm 60 years old, I know and understand the importance of daily workouts. I have a back injury that requires a fusion, careful excercise is vital for me. I've managed to avoid doing that, not on the radar for me anytime soon. You have empowered me greatly. I want you to know how much I appreciate you. When I eventually get to visit Down Under, I hope to meet you in person. I live in South Africa.
