Two things you need to know about this workout: #1: I don’t care how fit you are, you WILL need the 20 seconds of rest in between circuits AND #2: watch out for Penny’s massive smile when the LAST EXERCISE banner pops up. It’s the most joyous smile ever.

Thank you for the workout and for adding the modifications. I have a medical foot problem so I had to even modify even slightly using a chair. One thing for sure; is that my hamstrings were cramping up half way through the exercise. People tend to say that exercise using a chair is not intense but indeed it's the opposite!💯👍🙂🔥🔥🥵
