Pentair IntelliFlo VSF is the first pump to combine true set it and forget it flow technology paired with the smart connectivity of Pentair's app. This pump sets a new bar for performance with built-in sensorless flow control for effortless optimum flow and aids in keeping the pool crystal clear and inviting, no matter what it requires. The pump drive is designed to produce maximum motor operational efficiency. The drive controls the motor’s rotational speed by controlling the frequency of the supplied current. It also protects the motor and pumps from operating outside of their intended operating parameters. All IntelliFlo3 VSF and IntelliPro3 VSF pumps are compatible with Pentair automation systems. Refer to the automation system manual for further details on connecting your pump to a specific automation system. Is it easy to connect with Pentair Easy Touch automation panel? My current system runs on a RA-485 cable. How do I replace it?

Those cables work as well but you have to cut the pin connectors off and use the raw wire to hook it up. Hope this helps!

Does this pump reset your schedule after power outage? This is the most annoying thing with my current pentair. I’m on time of use plan so for 5hrs/day electricity cost is very high so during that time I have pump on low speed . After a power outage or even a power glitch it resets to 1200 noon and starts schedule there.
