He loves to see us offer our time, our talents on the alter. Even the smallest act of kindness brings a smile on the one who created us. Forgiveness is the greatest gift we can offer our Father in Heaven. Holy Spirit 🕊 our helper and guide gives us peace of mind and heart! And the peace the Holy Spirit gives isn't fragile... Good morning Fr. Mike Schmitz from here in Bay Area California ,thank you for your inspiring words so emotional . Thank you for praying over us and praying with us and praying for us. Thank you for your private faithfulness to prayer, to the Office and the Mass, to your own confessions and rosaries and fasting. Thank you for fighting every day to be men worthy of the call. Thank you for preaching Christ to us, for bringing Christ to us, for being Christ to us. Thank you for putting out into the deep. Thank you for following him, never knowing where he will lead you. Thank you for teaching us to trust, for teaching us to love, for teaching us to live. Father, bless me as I seek to share my faith and your salvation with those in my family and among my friends who have not yet called on Jesus as Lord and have not yet surrendered their lives to him. Help me not to push them farther away, but instead, help them see all the ways you have blessed my life. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

Ever since finding Father Mike's sermons, I have felt such a peace and his excitement at reciting the bible and giving his homily is catchy. Today touched my heart as my daughter since 2019 does not sit, stand, walk, or sleep without constant back pain from a much needed surgery in late 2018. We have tried different pain medications and nothing helps. I ask for prayers please as I am able to thank God for letting me sit without pain but it breaks my heart my daughter cannot do the same.

Trust in God. You and your daughter are being tried. Pray for strength to get through this trial. Trials are filled with blessings. It is hard to feel or even see the blessing while we are in the valley of shadows. Keep walking and you and your daughter will reach your mountain top blessed, graced and strengthened.

Lovely homily and message. When we receive a gift, we can thank in two ways- 1. Say thank you, and 2. Use the gift. Imagine giving something to a child and that child keeping it in the cupboard instead of using it. Now imagine if a child immediately starts using the gift and smiles at you while doing it. What would you prefer? The same is true for God. We have been given this life and our skills as well as resources to do the next right thing and to help others in the best way possible. God is glorified when we use our gifts in our career and life. The reference to the 1980 movie named "Chariots of Fire" was so important. "God has made me fast and when I run, I feel His pleasure." When you have a skill of painting, engineering, singing, research, speaking, leadership, etc. you have to use it to glorify God through your achievements and also sharing about God's impact, especially Jesus' impact, on you. May God bless us with Gifts and may God bless us with the courage to use our gifts and to glorify Him. Thank you God and thank you, Jesus. God bless you, Fr. I am grateful to have been able to participate remotely in a Pentecost Mass while traveling via this posting. Thank you, Fr. Mike and co. If you can tolerate a reflection on the homily...I appreciate the "huddle without offense" metaphor as an inversion of the "offense without huddle" field play. Both John of the Cross and Therese of Lisieux emphasize repeatedly, though, that a single action performed with great love is more powerful than many actions performed with little love. So I wonder if our core challenge isn't so much to "do more", but to do what we do with more love. All of this said, thank you again for the opportunity to connect spiritually with the celebration of Pentecost as a remote participant in your huddle today.

Thank you. I can not speak much to it, but i pray daily for us all, so please pray for this isolated mom and her ubsaved dark family. Not everyone is as they seem, and many unsaved do not have the Holy Spirit to protect them. I do not drive and will not but i endure daily trials offering them all up, and every persecution- of ehoch there are many i was TOLD are because i reverted- i offer them all up for the church, the lairy, the unsaved, those in purgatory and for the littlest martyred abirted saints in Jesus name. When given the gift of a bike, with no garage, perhaps, that's the exact moment, to pray, and ask God, for storage solutions?? . Ask for guidance as to how best to accept the challenge, and solve the problem. . It is in these everyday moments that we prepare to receive grace, guidance and the holy spirit's wisdom thru the challenges set before us. . The world needs more solutions to it's problems. and problem solvers .🚲💝 You can't use the gift of the bike, if you don't solve the problem of storage ..

Every time I come back to a Mass, I find myself wishing that the congregation had more spark and fire in their voices. More animation. A sense that they are feeling and believing what is being said. Black churches do that better than white churches. Too many white churches mumble along like reciting mantras.

Ginger coffee helps with cancer,also, aloe vera applied topically! Too peppermint essential oil or a vapor rub with the three essential oils. And eating watermelon rind and lemonade. Not to replace doctors treatment but to be an adjunct to accelerate healing! God bless!

In the book THE SECOND WORLD WAR by Martin Gilbert, I think there is a part in there that showed that the Nazis were so bad that a Jewish man cussed and asked them to bomb his area to end this evil even though he too would die. To have the degeneration by such wickedness that one reaches such an extreme is so sad,but some people are that established in such evils. Pray for ones who cannot cope. I like the words of the little flower, "I am no stronger than others." She even had problems coping until God made her "as if she grew up in one night". I wish I could be more effective!
