Starting to work on positive self talk seems so important. Like saying: "So nice that I have done/achieved XYZ today" instead of focusing on things that I didn't get to do.

Are you ever going to post videos again? It's ok if not, I just find them helpful and I'm curious

I have thoughts of suicide off and on at times when I’m overwhelmed have a lot of pressure goin on especially when people don’t understand how I feel and why I think that way especially with a lack of support and it’s the pain from depression anxiety and ptsd .people look down on you belittling not knowing and understanding why

Great Video Diana! It is nice to see people understand and not freak out about someone having suicidal thoughts. For me it is really difficult to open up about it even with a therapist since I don't want others to think that they have to call 911 or lock me up. None of this would be helpful. If I open up about it I also tell the other person that if i am talking about it, is actually is a good sign. I can't talk about suicidal thoughts if I can't trust the person to not call 911. Since the last thing I want is to be in a hospital or psychiatric clinic locked up. I can't risk having that happening. So most of the times I just rather then not talk about it at all.

Sorry I wasn't early enough for the new video. I don't go to Therapy when I was told that I have bad jokes. I am only a Human being and listen to me I can bring on some thing that puts me down because I don't have what my brother's have. That's a brain like they have. I have not seen a Therapist because I believe that it will go away. Thank you for the video Dianna.
