5:06 Destroying boxes. My mother suffered with the same issue. No matter how many times I showed her she always opened packages with a serrated knife. She could not operate anything more mechanical than changing the ribbon on an IBM Selectric typewriter and that took some time after I tossed out her old worn out mechanical one. As a fast food employee, this is why I ALWAYS ask the customer to check if their sauce is in the bag or if they want any sauce bc I know what it’s like to have none. Whenever I’m on expo and bagging orders, I always put sauce for what people typically want with it, like ketchup with onion rings, always in the bag even if they don’t want it. So either I assume they want it, ask if they want any (if there is none and I didn’t bag), or ask them to check if they got their sauces
