@@lildgame4321 a quick google search and the reason for the recall were airbags and suspension. The suspension stated it just needed a bolt torqued tighter. If she had both those issues, they were fixable. And this case had *nothing* to do with a recall. Nothing to do with the transmission or the fact the dad said the reason was finding a transmission. He admitted the transmission was designed that it couldn't be rebuilt, yet he was rebuilding it anyway (also admitting he wasnt a transmission mechanic). And finally stating the reason it wasnt finished was because they couldn't get a new filter. The daughter learned a valuable lesson though. Her dad is an AH who cannot be trusted. You go calling him a deadbeat when he said he had told his daughter he would do the best he could but she would have to buy any parts that were needed. He would not charge her for the labour but he could not AFFORD to get the parts for free for her. Then she says she has money problems but she says she agreed to slowly pay him and he would slowly fix the car as she supplied money for parts!!! Then she hounds him to hurry up but does not supply any more money for parts needed. I don’t blame him for getting frustrated if she continually goes to his work place to hound him in front of his customers!!! Then to top it all off she manages to find enough money to buy another vehicle (instead of buying necessary parts to fix car #1) which she then promptly wrecks that vehicle as well and now expects her father to fix for her. Apparently, according to her father, she seems to have a real knack for wrecking vehicles!! Then to show her dad what a sweet, innocent little Angel she is in front of customers, she jets his car!!! The poor man has enough in his plate with his ADULT daughter without people who can’t read or listen calling him names!!!

So she's in a dispute with her father about money he supposedly owes her for her old car and how long it took without getting it fixed, yet she takes her new car to him to get fixed when she damages YET ANOTHER car. Yeah I believe him when he says she's irresponsible. Everyone bagging on the dad but it's equally plausible he's been there especially to fix her vehicles when she's irresponsible and because it's not what she wants she doesn't see it as love. He cheated on her mom (which she brought up for no reason but to put him down) and I can see the mom making her daughter bitter towards her dad. For a deadbeat she sure has no problem going to him when she needs a fix huh.

She’s trying to rely on her father, as a child should. She explained she has money issues and can pay him over time. Which you cannot do with other car repair shops, you have to pay up front. Situation isn’t that hard to understand.
@honestyisadyingvirtue2 жыл бұрын
@@angeltellez5276 rely on him and use him are two different things. Just because she feels he's her father and should do her favors doesn't mean that's the way it should go. Someone has to pay for the car, so in the mean time he's either putting in money to to help with the multiple cars she's messed up and/or she's leaving it there taking up space while she takes her time getting the money together. Not really that hard to understand that some daughters take the attitude of their mothers when they've been told their dad is a certain way. I've seen it, lived it. Also not that hard to understand that not everyone shows love the same. I've seen deadbeat dad, but I've also seen deadbeat moms and kids. Everyone so quick to defend her because they feel like it's their story...well it's not. We aren't there, both stories are equally plausible, I just took the side of the least popular because I don't follow the herd. Not that hard to understand that is it.
@angeltellez52762 жыл бұрын
You choosing to “not follow a herd” doesn’t make you special, or correct. As a father, he needs to take responsibility. And even if she does have an attitude, he has some part in that. He should have been a father. In addition, he’s choosing to take her car. Most likely because he feels he owes her for being trash. He’s a grown ass man who’s also choosing to take in the vehicle to work on, while also making empty promises. She also paid him and he failed to refund her for his failure to fix the vehicle. Poor girl. Beautiful too. As the Father of 2 Daughters, I could never imagine not worshiping my Queens. I live for them and 'would do anything for them. Sad that this young girl doesn't have the kind of relationship with her Dad that she deserves. Her Father clearly doesn't care about her. Damn shame. I wouldn't even refer to him as Dad. 10:37- The tantrum she pulled at his shop was a cry out to him to please be her Dad and not the a_ _ hole she's stuck with. But he'll never see it this way bcz it's all about him. She's better off embracing that she has no Father and pouring all her love n focus on her Mother.

Fun Fact: Nissans like this Altima in this case have the worst CVT transmissions on the market. So beware of Front wheel drive Nissans with CVT transmissions. Also he could’ve got a transmission imported from Japan with less than 60k miles for cheap.
@shortcake22042 жыл бұрын
I'm so glad you said it!!! I just had to replace a CVT transmission on my 2018 Nissan Sentra...they have a multi lawsuit on them an all...all they have done was extend a warranty on the Tran to 75K miles... the transmission is extremely expensive even to upkeep...flush and such but to replace...

If I'm not mistaken, almost all Nissan's from 2010 and newer are the cvt's. Controlled variable transmission or something like that. And in my very limited knowledge, almost no one will take on rebuilding one of those because anything could be wrong in any little small thing could cause it to fail and they are hard as can be to figure out.

I think I've finally come to recognize when she allows people to call for a witness or search for more evidence and I think it generally has to do with how believable the person testifying is and how much they seem like they actually came seriously. In this case, he could not present any evidence, didn't seem like he was taking it seriously and that indicates to her that if given the time to call his accountant and ask for a copy of that/those receipts it would have been a waste of time. As someone with a father who does this kind of thing...I feel for her and I hope they don't have to cross paths like this ever again.
