The plaintiff alleges she put down a deposit to purchase a car from the defendants. However, the defendants ignored the plaintiff, so she is suing for a refund. The defendants argue the plaintiff never paid off the car in full and didn't pick it up.

Let's get back to the title situation. That was glossed over. It belonged to the baby daddy, which is an odd way to describe a man she is with, and it was never clarified if she had good title to sell the car. Why did they need some week to get the car ready for sale? It should have been ready when the ad was posted in the first place.

Yes! He hit a car wasted at like 6 am claiming he was going to work at his car dealership (even though there’s no dealership in the country that opens before 8 AM). He also got possession of a controlled substance, not prescribed to him, and tried to claim that the woman hit him, even though all their damage was in the back of the car, and all his damage was in the front of his car.

7:19 $1,600.00 for a car that needs an o2 sensor…. That sounds about right; I wonder what else was wrong with it…. Chances are they probably dodged a bullet by not getting that car; a car that is running and is in good shape and NOT about to need a new transmission or engine will generally be sold for a lot more than $1,600.00… There’s a reason why some cars are priced the way they car; apparently there are plenty people out there that really believe they can get a decent reliable car for a couple thousand dollars.. These same people will usually NOT be willing to spend a couple hundred dollars to get the vehicle inspected by an actual mechanic…..

It stays that and the least that tenant is responsible for all lawn care. Few months ago, the law to reset your responsible for it. She said no that the Lease doesn’t say that. When we reminded her it says the tenant is responsible for the lawn care, she replied the lease is vague, It doesn’t say we have to supply the equipment to do the lawn.
