My car got stolen. When the cops called me 6 weeks later to tell me they found it, people had been living in it and it was full of stuff since the cops did NOT allow then to take anything out. Just the reverse of what usually happens. There was a rifle, fentanyl, knives, chargers for phones, clothes, kids coloring books, shotgun shells and a real nice briefcase with personal papers. I tell my wife this all the time. DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN THE CAR especially not overnight, even when parked in the driveway!
