This case was a cornucopia of sketch. The defendants are shady and unprofessional subcontractors and the plaintiff has sticky fingers. Seems highly inappropriate to take stuff off job sites to line ones pockets at the scrap yard. Dude was like “stuff was leaving the building everyday”, so he was like “some of that stuff should leave with me”. 😂 How are you transporting the equipment to do your job while doing that? So inappropriate and lacking boundaries. Dude was clearly pretty extra to that assistant principal as well for the entire company to get fired; it says a lot that the school or the contractor didn’t allow anyone to come back and at least pick up their property.
@langstonwalker16182 жыл бұрын
Then he took something someone else wanted or had dibs on. It’s still inappropriate. He was a temporary worker for a subcontractor. I would imagine there’s a hierarchy or order to these things as you pointed out. You aren’t supposed to just take everything in sight or load up your van everyday like it’s a free for all.
@Elementalism2 жыл бұрын
When sites are demo'd a lot of times arrangements are made like this. The reasoning is the company pays a recycler to come in and they get paid by the pound. Anything leaving a site costs less. As for the vice principal? Plenty of people use their influence for stupid reasons. She got butthurt over the exchange and got them fired. And made a big spectacle about it.

@AndrewMacLaine8 ай бұрын
Correct. Litigants on non-scripted court shows do not "audition" or send the story of their cases to production. Staff of the show researches pending cases through public record to see if there are any they find interestimg. A PA then contacts the litigants asking if they would like to drop their court cases and have it settled by a mediator (the TV judge). So people can't/don't just conspire and make up a situation to get on these shows and make money.
