Defendant's quite typical of all the shady, greedy losers (legally and morally) on these shows. They have a severe case of the Gimmees and are incapable of taking responsibility for their actions. Most are "being evicted" "just lost their job" "not working" (living off the government/parents/girlfriend (more dudes than gals mooching 🤔)), "going through personal issues", excuses ad nauseam. They're usually very narcissistic, thus no empathy, they see nothing wrong with mooching off anyone, anytime, for anything and then BASH their host (cuz they're parasites) 🤦‍♀️

She has a kind and giving heart. Unfortunately the world is filled with givers and takers. She tried to get as much out of her as possible. That's trifling. The plaintiff thought they were really friends and I'm sad for her.

It never ceases to amaze me how people who are on the verge of losing everything can be so ungrateful to the person who helped them. This woman could have been on the street completely broke with her family if it wasn’t for her friend. I would have been extremely grateful to anyone who saved me from losing my home, my family, my eduction etc. It’s people like her who need to humbled to learn that kindness (especially from people you barely know) is often rare these days. If I only had $25 a month to give in order to pay her back, then that’s what I would have done.

I cried at the end of this. So sad. My grandmother was like this woman, full of love and always wanting to help, that lady didn’t deserve to be treated this way. My grandmother was the same always helping behind my grandfathers back and he’d get so mad.

That smirk on the face of the defendant during the opening narration told me all I needed to know. So the plaintiff put a gun to her head to accept the money and the Rollabout? She couldn't have refused to go to the bank? She tried to give the Rollabout back according to her, in a convoluted explanation, what a user. She realized, likely with the boyfriends encouragement, that she could bilk her for what she could get. I fell so sorry for the plaintiff, I was tearing up for her, she has such a kind heart.

I think the plaintiff grew up in the church, sheltered, and probably talked about her God alot, which made her want to help everyone having problems. The defendant saw her vulnerability and played her, she probably didn't think she was going to get sued tho. The plaintiff is too old to be that naive, and how does the defendant have a partner at home who can't help provide.

Awwww. The plaintiff was truly hurt! She got conned. The alleged fiancé was probably in on it too. Why are they trying to get married if they can’t keep a roof over their heads? She didn’t need to be in makeup school if she can’t afford it. Get a job and get a man WITHOUT kids since she doesn’t have any. That’s extra money you can’t afford to have leave your household.

So let me get this straight.. Both you and your “man” are that broke that you can’t afford rent yet have the nerve to be nasty to the person who was there for you. No wonder you’re in the situation you’re in💀 She was only crazy for helping your broke dusty trifling ass. 🤢

You could tell by the look on the defendant's face the whole time that she knew she was guilty. It must have been really hurtful for the plaintiff to hear the cruel things she said about her. She dry begged for that money. The defendant is shameless and will have to try and find another victim, though hopefully people will see this video and know her MO beforehand. Fair play to the plaintiff for getting that promissary note. The defendant looked ridiculous when she claimed it was a gift and then the note was shown which she signed. She lied without guilt.
