Defendant's quite typical of all the shady, greedy losers (legally and morally) on these shows. They have a severe case of the Gimmees and are incapable of taking responsibility for their actions. Most are "being evicted" "just lost their job" "not working" (living off the government/parents/girlfriend (more dudes than gals mooching 🤔)), "going through personal issues", excuses ad nauseam. They're usually very narcissistic, thus no empathy, they see nothing wrong with mooching off anyone, anytime, for anything and then BASH their host (cuz they're parasites) 🤦♀️

The plaintiff was so sweet. It really sucks how genuine sweet people get taken advantage of by selfish and self absorbed people. No one gets my money. You need money? Go to the bank and get a loan. Period.

Wow … I would love to have a friend like that to call on when I’m in need , this is why people don’t like helping others now.. people like her take advantage

The plaintiff has a ❤️ of gold May God blesses her and her entire family abundantly 🙏🏿 I’m glad Judge Milian called the defendant out she had the nerve to catch an attitude during the hearing when she was wrong and trying to take advantage of the plaintiff thank God the plaintiff had a signed promissory note and I was 💔 seeing the plaintiff’s reaction @ the end. The defendant is evil and God will deal with her as well as karma 💯

The defendant had a terrible attitude! I’m sure the plaintiff learned a valuable lesson, but I hope it doesn’t make her bitter.

God bless this lady ❤️ that girl literally pissed me off. You can tell the lady was so hurt she really thought she had a genuine friendship. Just want to hug her. Hopefully the other girl wakes up and start treating people with respect! God is real!!

You could tell by the look on the defendant's face the whole time that she knew she was guilty. It must have been really hurtful for the plaintiff to hear the cruel things she said about her. She dry begged for that money. The defendant is shameless and will have to try and find another victim, though hopefully people will see this video and know her MO beforehand. Fair play to the plaintiff for getting that promissary note. The defendant looked ridiculous when she claimed it was a gift and then the note was shown which she signed. She lied without guilt.

Loved how much the defendant was squirming towards the end. Judge M really put her through it and I was there for all of it. ❤️ Glad the plaintiff got her money back. Hopefully this didn’t discourage her from being kind to others, just smarter.
