@Hardin910 ай бұрын
@@marleonetti7 The problem with your argument is under no circumstances do you get a warranty when buying any vehicle from a private party, which is why if I was going to get a vehicle I would not get one from a private party, and from a dealership the only way you're getting a warranty is if you're getting a vehicle that's no more than 4 years old with well under 100,000 miles registered on the odometer. on a Hooptie like what the plaintiff got, no dealership is giving a warranty on that, full stop, that is something you buy at your own risk. And even a newer vehicle with low odometer reading, a dealership is only giving you at most a 6 month warranty, and a very limited warranty at that.

However... and you could make a case that the defendant intentionally misspelled his name in order to deny that it's his signature, but the handwriting extending the warranty to 60 days... that tells you he didn't sign it. As upset as she was it may cause the average person to believe her, but that paper wasn’t written in the way like legal car contracts are normally written. My instinct tells me that she , and possibly someone else typed up this paper, and forged the signature.

Also, how you gonna forge someone's signature and misspell their name? 😂😂

He said whoever wrote it that English wasn't their first language then the judge reads it and it sounds perfectly fine. Then he says, sounds wonderful.

I actually kinda believe her about the signing of the document..he knew signing it wrong would void it

Is there a possibility that the defendant purposely wrote that faking his signature and just writing it like that in case she ever did take them to court because she seems pretty upset in the hall at the end?

You can tell she a liar by the beginning

How everyone missed at 7:50 where she admits "I did type that up".

Yes, someone who doesn't know about cars, types up a warranty for something very specific

She is crazy! I feel sorry for the defendant having to go through all that BS with her and her crazy family/friends. She was still telling lies to Doug. Fraud is a crime...someone needs to tell her or whoever she got to forge his name on that paper.

I knew the plaintiff was lying when she said, "Everybody Is Always" trying to take advantage of her. That tells me, She loves playing the victim. When she doesn't get her way, that's when her phony tears start.

She does an excellent Sandra Bullock impression at the end. I love those crocodile tears. Your nose runs when you cry. There is a gland in your eye that goes to your nose.

Someone that’s desperate with limited funds is the one that should be more careful in their purchases and have it checked out by a mechanic before buying it. If the warranty paper was legit, she should have taken a pic with his DL next to it!
