Ticking Off a Tenant

The plaintiff says the defendant was her landlord, and when she moved out, she says the defendant locked her out before she could retrieve her bedroom set. The plaintiff believes the defendant wasn’t in the right, and she’s suing him for the cost of the bedroom set as well as harassment. The defendant claims he had to have the plaintiff evicted, and she still owes back rent.
