I can tell you out of my own experience in this regards. A very good lawyer (known to win cases where they are defending criminals), that my cousin got to sue me for my fathers inheritance, created a fake image of me at the start of the hearing and made my cousin look like an an angel. Why? Because it's the easiest way to manipulate a judge's decision (due to how confirmation bias works). As the case progressed, no matter how much proof we got, the judge simply didn't want to understand nor did she pay much attention to it, while she completely disregarded the mistakes made by the other side. What kind of mistakes you ask? For instance.. They didn't have any actual proof but they had many witnesses. All of them were repeating the same thing (that they were family friends, that they knew my father, that he loved my cousin, etc. word by word) - all of it was suspicious, but one of the witnesses made it even more obvious. While he was giving his statement, he kept looking at a piece of paper infront of him. The judge asked him to give her the paper and then she proceeded to read it. They were instructions of what to say and how to answer if the judge asked something in particular. Funny enough, the whole thing didn't even get recorded during the case for one reason or another. The case kept going on for months. And at some point I simply just couldn't take it anymore, since it's EXTREMELY infuriating when you simply KNOW that the other side is lying and that the judge already formed an opinion and doesn't want to listen to you at all. At some point, when I was able to answer the judges questions, I addressed both the judge and the snake lawyer directly by saying that the other side was lying in court since day one, but since the judge was manipulated, she is now clearly too blind to see it. We later on had to change the judge. Now, not only the case still isn't closed after years - we also have several more cases open, with one of them being on supreme court - due to suspicion of jurisdiction corruption.

@stephenbanks59522 жыл бұрын
The defendants are grubby. They abandoned their RV for 5 years but didn't want to block up their driveway. Apparently the plaintiff had to send them all sorts of letters to get them to come and pick it up. From this sort of behaviour you can make some kind of judgement about the kind of people they are. When the RV broke down the mistake the plaintiffs made was letting them move it back to their yard. They should have said 'No way' and told them to move it back to their apparently huge driveway. The defendants should have gone out of their way to make sure to pay the storage fees. All the subterfuge about 'only speaking to Tom' and then arguing about the cost and then saying they paid with no receipt and only being available outside of work hours and then not paying for three months and going camping show what difficult people they are. The plaintiffs should have realised what huge Karens they are and locked in something in writing to protect against this. The fact they are quibbling like this galls me after they stored it for free for 5 years. Why wasn't Tom there? He could have shed some light on this. He could have said if he made the agreement with the defendants or not. Somebody was lying for sure. I believe the plaintiff's story. The Karen will never accept the result. She still thinks she is in the right.

It doesn't matter what they cost. They depreciate from the day it is driven off the lot. Maybe worth half in two years if in excellent condition. Its not if it starts leaking, its when. 3) Kill a large swath of grass where you park it in your BACK yard. Most cities don't allow parking it in front. Has to be behind the front line of home.
