I like that question that Harvey asked. Men often dont report being victims of domestic violence because of feeling ashamed due to the fact men are typically stronger than women and we should be able to deal with it. Also, our manhood will be in checked. I remember a long time ago, i dated a women that slapped me, left scars on my face and broke my glasses 👓 . She called the police on me and they tried telling me i need to get off her property. I showed the police the scratched on me and told them i cant get off her property because she broke my glasses and i cant legally drive without them. When i told the police i wanted to file charges against her, they asked me 6 times if i was sure. I told them if the genders were switched, i guarantee you'd wouldnt be asking me this so many times. In the end, they did but you can tell they didnt want too at all.

Domestic Violence is often not treated equally. People are clowing him and the judge was biased about his knife attack. Both men and women, but especially women, are in DV situations and make mistakes like he did but we dont clown women for it. This is what happens during cross examination judge is giving you No time to think about what you want to say answer the question ;you don’t have to try to remember the story when your telling the truth; the defendant even asking why we moving fast was his way of trying to by time to think about what to say to make himself look good; the way he looked at the plaintiff and stared at her was aggressive too another way to try to control the narrative this might work for him in his real life on the block but not in court they seen all personalities and he’s def on that narc vibe him and little mans next to him feeding his ego lmfao

I think you have identified one of the reasons the show was canceled. She wasn't so over the top in the beginning. But by the end of the show, every case just involved her talking/moralizing. Pathetic!
@Navani456
@Navani456 Жыл бұрын
@@patcarlson11 no way, it was cancelled because it's been on the air for decades and they have enough episodes to make money from.. and it was an easy way for the network to save millions (from her salary). As much as a lot of us hate how she talks to people this is TV, it is not a real court room, and it is for entertainment. Anyone going into the show should be aware - and I'm guessing that the production costs include a few hundred dollars towards whatever verdict is rendered + flights and hotel

He was trying to tell a story rather than get to the point. He was also playing semantics with the judge, which is why she cut off repeatedly. She did a good job communicating her complaint to the judge. Stuck to the points and gave the pertinent details. Sure, like the judge said, she might’ve omitted or lied about her stabbing him and breaking down the door. But that’s the first time I’ve seen someone come in this court and just spit out all the details; no excess emotions or sad stories, and the judge had few questions for her afterward. That clown on the other hand ran round and round the mulberry bush. But I did find it strange that the judge didn’t try to depreciate the value of any of the furniture. She probably just wanted the case to be over.

The look in her eyes when she’s talking to Doug she absolutely stabbed that dude and probably does not know how to manage her anger when behind closed doors. In a court room she can behave her self but when she’s home oh boy. New BF seem like he’s afraid of her or just haven’t experienced “The Real” her yet. She has the look of someone who would hurt you and then come nurse you back to health because it’s til death do us part.
