The People's Court

The People's Court

Жыл бұрын

The plaintiff says the defendant used to date her son, and she put up her own money so the defendant could get an iPhone. After the defendant and plaintiff got into a fight, the defendant stopped making payments on the loan, so the plaintiff cut off the phone. Afterward, the plaintiff claims the defendant slashed her tires in retaliation, so she’s suing for the cost of the phone and car repairs. The defendant denies that she slashed the tires, and she says the plaintiff was being petty when she cut off the phone.

"The fruit does not fall far from the tree" & this mother & daughter defendant combination showed exactly that. The mother has no more honor or integrity than her daughter & this criminal duo were both responsible for slashing the plaintiff's tires without a doubt. Even in the hall when speaking to Doug the mother still couldn't behave civilly toward the plaintiff & just had to get that last plug at the in. The mother had an opportunity to show on national tv that she was a decent person/mother/human being & even remorseful toward the plaintiff for what she & her daughter had done but instead, she chose to take the "low road" & confirm to the world that she & her daughter were evil, conniving, sinister & absolutely untrustworthy individuals which was exactly what the rest of us already figured out.

The plaintiff, in my opinion, is a good person to surround yourself with. Reminds me of my best friend/ mentor. 20 year age difference, best advise and lessons come from her.

She must've brought that baby over filthy. If it was one little sucker she would've said at the door "oh he just made a mess I'm sorry", but she didn't, and he had on the same clothes from the day before. Maybe she had a ruff night, but she could've briefly explained to her why the baby was messy before she left him. Most folks don't go for that mess when it comes to helpless babies and kids. You changed your clothes, and you need to change theirs too.

The defendant did it for sure 😂 in the courtroom she starts crying saying “I can’t believe she thinks I slashed her tires that hurts me!” Then at the end she says “I would’ve done way more than slash her tires if it was me” 😂😂😂 nice job

No good deed goes unpunished...don't put others on your phone bill for your sons girlfriend it never ends well. For someone who is babysitting for a working single mother she is ungrateful and entitled. She totally slashed the tires and can be pety.

That lady was better than the defendants mom and the mom had the nerve to disrespect her talking about she’s no good. Yet she provided childcare for your grandchild and a phone for your disrespectful daughter.

She did it! Point! Blank! Period! Them tears is a sign of guilt that she screwed up a relationship b/c of her actions. Hopefully, she’s grown up since this aired 🤷🏽‍♀️

It's clear to see why nobody helps the defendant. It's also clear to see why she is the way she is because she was raised to think she does no wrong.
