Make sure you get half of your body weight in ounces in water a day, only water. If you are actually doing the things you are learning then see a doctor to find out what hormone is outta balance.

Just start with sleep sir. The most effective, important, foundation of our health. Sleep. Fix your sleep. If u have sleep apnea, use a cpap. Sleep at the same time every night. 8 hrs minimum. Total darkness. silence. Just fix your sleep. Trust me and everything will fall into place. The diet, exercise won't work. If u dont fix ur sleep 1st. Get a sleep tracker if u can afford one.

Is there a video Thomas mentions what supplements he takes for workouts? Does he take pre? Or Nitric Oxide? I know he takes creatine and protein. Anything else?
@sg255010Күн бұрын
He de bunked a lot of that stuff in his videos 3-4 years ago. I believe he will use caffeine or green tea straight. That is all. Pre workouts are mostly composed of fillers and sugars. Nitric oxide was the biggest scam of the 90s(damn GNC lol) I'm sure the supplements these days are better but I leave it all alone anymore. I Train fasted, 1 cup of coffee 30 minutes before HIIT sessions or cardio.

Neutralizing a natural brake to growth, like myostatin, through pharmacology is a bit concerning. These endogenous impediments to growth evolved over millions of years to be part of our bodies for a reason. It is the height of arrogance to think that removing such a guard rail will not have catastrophic consequences that far out weight whatever muscle enhancing benefits they may have.
