Enjoyed your interview with Dr Turner - I have 30 years of CFS, PTSD etc. I live in Australia. I am in Nat Niddam private group so doing self-biohecking. Thank you for mentioning Rezzimax - I have bought 3 top USA Vagus Nerve Stimulation devices(include Alpha-Stim), did nothing, as the ear attachment signal quite weak - end up on Ebay. I did SGB stellate Gangalian Block 2x the past 6 months worked for a while, but not permanent - now I know takes 18 sessions for serious childhood PTSD. I look into Rezzimax, will buy and try, it seems like it has strong signal & will work on Vagus nerve. I look forward to your interview with Sharik. Grateful I found you!!

Hi @alicewebseter8848, just an FYI, you can also get SGB from a local radiologist, much cheaper than the Stella centre (which charge about $6000). A local radiologist will charge you about $500 and you get some of that rebated through Medicare. If you want to try this, you might need to call or email a bunch of radiologists in your area and find one that will do it. Then take the exisiting reports of your previous SGBs to your GP, and ask them for a referral to the radiologist you found.

Hi Lisa, love love your channel. I’m binge watching drying up all this great information and Thank you for a great interview. I just watched a show with Dr Turner and the copper peptide skincare. I’m moving to Fl so will be making an appointment to get with her so I can get on some of her therapies. I’m 63 lots of stress and previous health issues I’ve been able to fix on my own but need some help with the sleep and other issues. Have not been able to find very good medical Dr. Here in the Dallas Tx area. I live about an hour north somewhat rural area. What I’ve found is all the longevity people are in Fl. Thank you again for all the research your sharing ❤😊

Can you talk more about using thyreogen for people that are hypo/hyper thyroid. How it would be introduced if they are already on thyroid medication.

Hi what an amazing video thanks so much for the work you do ladies. I have stem cell procedure in queenstown nz one year ago now - using my own stem cells. It was a very expensive procedure. I had the procedure as i have terrible body inflammation now after having ulcerative colitis for 8 years. Muscles and bones ache all day - everyday it feels like i have run a marathon the day before. Sadly the procedure did not help at all - no noticeable changes which super sad. I liked that Lisa said perhaps not the best to use your own stem cells if infact you are sick and a good idea as Suzanne suggested to do several sessions of oxygen therapy first or look at other less expensive options first as Lisa suggested.

SS-31 vs MOTS-c what would you use one for over the other? Is one better than the other (function first then cost and availability).

It would be appropriate if your address very serious deficiency in the podcast: auto-generated subtitles butcher most of the peptide terms and other specialized vocabulary. Since those specific terms are novel for 99% of the audience, the quality of podcast is severely degraded, because it's very hard to figure out what the hell you are talking about. 🙁 p.s. on the opposite side I want to compliment you for excellent podcast with Dr Drapeau. **the other alternative used by pros (like Rhonda Patrick, and many others) just put text version of the complex terms on the screen.

Lisa needs to talk less and give the guest a chance to talk more. Its quite frustrating

I agree!! I was screaming, stop talking and let the guest talk! It was so frustrating. I had almost stopped listening to it!
