Thinking right now about how to teach this kid to dive into cooking like this. Sometimes, it's just flying and going to a new place where you're going to have to expand your palette just to eat, period. Like the high dive without a net. You just have to trust the experience. And you have. You're showing that expansion of the palette can be such amazing exploration. Bonus: Greg said "fluffy." Twice.

I have seen it spelled differently. Is it Kuhe? In college, a dorm mate was an exchange student. His mother sent him an assorted box for Christmas. He shared with the entire house. He was very happy that someone enjoyed it, me, as much as him. It was a great experience. I enjoyed it through your video, all over again! Thanks!! HAPPY BEST NEW YEAR!!!!

Oh yes have seen it spelled “kueh” before too. That is so cool! Can imagine how good the kuih must have been. We were so lucky to be able to go behind the scenes and watch the process of making the kuih - definitely gives a whole different perspective. Your dorm mate’s mom must have put in lots of time and effort to make them. Happy New Year to you too! Thank you for all of your wonderful comments and support 😁

yummmm....nyonya curry laksa is my favourite laksa among all laksa Malaysia...In previous Ampang Park food court in KL, it used to have one vendor with my most favourite curry laksa ever, balanced taste of the gravy...Ampang Park no longer there..i’m gonna miss it whenever i go back to Msia...Anyway, enjoy ur time in my home county guys!...Btw, Greg is a natural when it comes to describing taste n all, and it’s funny to see Jumi’s impatience to eat the foods while Greg is describing them...Cheers n Happy 2021 from Malaysian in Kuwait 🇰🇼!..

Love Nyonya laksa - so nice and flavor-packed. Funny you mention Ampang - we just ate dinner there! We are loving our time in your home country - so happy we have been able to stay for as long as we have. Thank you so much! Appreciate the nice words and we wish you a happy 2021!

Merry Christmas guys. Fusion of cultures is so interesting. You guys always seem that you need 2 tables for all the food that you guys get. Never had Sting Ray before. I agree Greg, you gotta have the rice.

Thank you! Merry Christmas to you and the whole Santos clan. Haha that is a great point! We usually do need multiple tables or one large table. We’ve had lots of nice stingray dishes here
