you are right the very first book is called "percy jackson & the olympians : the lightening thief" the first season is based on the first book. and the following seaons will follow the other remaing books which is why the tv series is named percy jackson & the olympians. hermes is the messenger of the gods (also known as the god of theft ) also it's not that annabeth can't swim the flow of the water was just very strong by the end of the ride and was pulling annabeth away as it was making whirlwinds. ps; yes her hair can get wet bc it's also part of braids it'll just curl up

Yes your hair gets wet while wearing braids. It’s super heavy and actually takes forever to dry.

There have been multiple black Olympic swimmers. Cullen Jones won 4 medals (2 gold, 2 silver). Simone Manuel (2g, 2s, 1b) and others. There are actually multiple reasons why there aren't more elite black swimmers. I should note that one of them is the propagation of the stereotype that "on average, they aren't strong swimmers" (based on their race alone) and therefore can't excel at the highest levels.

Hey, thanks for the comment. I’m getting a lot of my information from the book called The Sports Gene. It goes into the big differences that elite athletes have in different sports. It turns out that sports are selecting more and more for certain attributes and people who have developed in different regions of the world have differences between them. This is also explained by one of my favorite people David Goggins who is a black, navy seal and struggled with the swimming stuff. Obviously, like him there are exceptions. Was not sure what I thought of this show so never made comments in previous episodes. Show is growing on me, getting more and more interesting. Is cool hearing so many names from Greek mythology , paints a better picture of who is who and their significance. Percy actor has an appealing voice, makes me think of Frankie Muntz? This show have never heard of , your group checks out a lot of shows I never heard of, cool...........Leeauna, pretty as ever, backwards hat is adorable. Your facial expressions are odd at times and actions surprising on camera. Realized as reaction went on you must be sickly, started off alert ended looking under the weather. All you try enjoy day, if read old video's comments.
