Thanks Adam! Finally getting my feet in my first Sales job with a roofing company. First two scopes came in for 27k and 25k respectively. Signed 23 contingencies in my first month with old storm damage and its a big thanks to your videos.

What are some good tips on what to do and what not to do when leaving a voice mail message? Thank you

This is a GREAT question! I I should do a video on this topic :) In a nutshell, keep it short. Direct. Mention something personal from your conversation. Close by giving them direction on what to do (call/text you back). Hope this helps! A few other videos you may want to watch on the follow up here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/g3zSl3aVat2DbpI and here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/noXHiaeXjtmbqc0

Question how you handle those customers that you do all the insurance process and their roof gets approved but at the end they decide to go with a different contractor because the other contractor was saving the homeowner some money $$ I mean it’s kinda frustrated for me as sales person because I help them with the process so I just don’t want waste my time with those types of customers

Kind of feel like if I got their cell #, email and full name I would already be in enough to have a chance. All seem like good ideas but my experience so far is that when they’re not interested their probably not going to give that much personal info. I do love these videos. Thank you

Glad to have you here and appreciate your comment! Believe it or not, I've been able to handle the "just leave your business card and we'll call you if we're interested" into collecting their name and info on the spot. Then getting an appointment set on the follow up. Then closing the sale. I agree that you should likely have a (high) chance of closing the sale. The BIG mistake people make is leaving the house WITHOUT having the follow up appointment set :) Hope this helps!

It’s my 4th day and i haven’t gotten a single roof every city I go to they tell me about 20 sales reps have passed through already. Idk what to do @the roof strategist. At the moment I’m just dealing with old storms.

Hey dude! 4th day in -- it's still new! It took me WEEKS to land my first sale. Some people get 'em on their first day out, for others it may take a bit. Stick with it. It's a learning experience. There are 2 videos and 1 playlist I recommend to help: 1) How to deal with being the 17th roofer at the door: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qJvLXpyobqmlq80 2) Working old storms: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rqSWpWOfjdOgiNE 3) Staying motivated playlist: kzbin.info/aero/PLZ20p_mXvgkXT-CUZGn-jj-B_iZy4pH8R Hope these help!

@@TheRoofStrategist hi thank you I got 2 claims filed this week and it feels so good. Really appreciate your advice and videos

@@TheRoofStrategist do you sell just the letter part from the battle pack. I talked with this cedar shake roof home owner but he already filed a claim the adjuster should come in 2 weeks he said he would contact me if he thinks the company i work for is a good fit and if it gets approved by the adjuster. I’d like to send him a letter so he remembers me and a list of all the cedar shake roofs we’ve built since he was pretty cautious with which company he is going with. I have an idea of what to put on the letter but I feel like your letters would help. I’m still not ready to fully buy the battle pack since I’m just starting out but so far it looks like it’s going good.

@@youtubeviewer1389 GREAT question! The Battle Pack comes in full (no option to get just part of it). When you get access, you get a login to my online dashboard with instant access to the whole thing + a series of videos to help you use it. I'll be here when you're ready for it all my dude! Hope you land that cedar shake deal and a whole lot more in the neighborhood :) BTW -- the door hanger letters to use during build day would be a great way to help you do that! (also included in the Battle Pack). Go crush it man!

Hey Adam, A gentleman I was talking told me he called his agent and they told him that he should wait until the hail storm season was over before filing a claim just in case he got hit again. How would you handle this situation?
