Sometimes people in Florida attempt to keep a portion of their insurance claim money. In Florida it is a federal crime to make a capital gain on an insurance claim.

Thanks for the comment my dude. Nationwide is now putting that legal language directly on their scopes! That's been helping with the deductible objection quite a bit. Again - thanks for sharing my dude!
