Here's a tip for the bacon. Line the baking sheet with tinfoil, lay the bacon down, turn the oven to 400, wait until it's up to heat, and cook for 15-17 minutes on the bottom rack (that is, not on the rack directly over the heat, but the one above, usually). They'll all cook evenly, there's no need to flip, they'll crisp up like heaven in 17 minutes, and when the fat dries up later in the day, you just wrap up the tinfoil and toss it in the garbage. Easy clean up!

For me the only reason to do bacon in the oven is that you can do more. I like my bacon crispy and so do love to cook my eggs in the renderer bacon fat, curious why you don’t. While I generally disagree with you on bacon and eggs, hands down you have the best cooking channel on KZbin; keep me coming and God bless.

A lot's been going on out here but, maybe getting back in the kitchen with a simple, traditional, hearty breakfast will help to get my mind right and help rein things in. Live in a kool New York apartment, make cooking videos and spend spare time hanging out with other trendie kool New Yorkers friends. What i like is when Steven gets original and stands on the kitchen bench for a final photo. But if i tried doing that myself, and my Mum caught me doing so i would be in serious trouble. Keep up the art Steven, love your libral ways

I make my eggs and bacon the same way! ♥️ they come out perfect. I learned how to make eggs by watching Gordon Ramsay. I always struggled and the eggs stuck to the pan and I would have to soak the pan. I use to add milk and season too quickly. It makes the eggs look grey. Now I put the butter, gently push the scrambled eggs around and then salt and pepper to taste. Bacon in the oven is also awesome because it’s not only easier, but holds it shape.

Videos just get better and better. Also adding bacon to anything makes it better. The only area of improvement is if you had done the bacon on a frogmat on a smoker at 275F for 30 minutes. I know you don't have a smoker but maybe one day. The eggs had no room for improvment.
