Ragi when not cooked will cause indigestion…I think it’s better to boil ragi with water then after it’s cooled down smoothie can be made

@@JM-xr3cq this is not new. In America this has been followed since few years. Quick oats powder they add or soaked oats. They don’t cook oats. Just that here they are adding ragi. Ragi or any grain flour has to be cooked properly even after roasting. Certainly no one has the digestion power to eat uncooked or just roasted ragi flour or any flour. Even oats have to be cooked. But these days this kind of thing is trendy. Not sure how uncooked flour will affect in the long term . Plus almond skin has to be removed . It’s toxic.

This is actually a very gud recepie which everyone should follow atleast 2 days in a week. They can even add dry seeded grapes and walnut with this to make it more healthy... For kids thy can add dates in this instead of jaggery

Ramya is obsessed with weight loss... Ragi is a complex carbs & shud be cooked well.. Roasting will not help... Overall the drink is weird! Better go for Ragi malt...
