I love your channel and because of that I would like to give you a traditional chicken kabob recipe, first you need chicken tender meat not chicken breast, second cut out the vein in the chicken tender, cut like you did the portions, as far as the marinade you seem to know your levels of seasoning so I am not going to offend you, but the marinade is (sea salt, a cup of yogurt, a cup of heavy cream /whole milk type not skim/, a cup of lemon juice /fresh if not you can use the real lemon brand lemon juice... this is essential cheap lemon juice will not work, a cup of pure olive oil /does not need to be virgin, a pinch or two of white pepper, and of course a 1/8 teaspoon of ground fresh saffron in a cup of boiling water) this needs to be marinaded for up to 24 hours but will be perfect after 24, not to mention that the marinade will stay good for up to 5 days, we marinade up to 500 pounds a week in our small family restaurant, and the mix minus your salt preferences will be good up to 20 pounds, the dairy mixed with the lemon break down the already super tender chicken tenders and produce the juiciest of chicken kabobs, thank you for all your secrets and I'm happy to give you one of mine, peace and love to you and your family, my brother in good eats! : )

I did a sou vide Persian chicken breast kabob. Turned out well except for texture of some thick pieces of chicken. I did 2 hrs @ 150F. Next time I'll do 3 hrs @ 165F. Ingredients I use are: 🍋 juice, saffron, fresh onion, salt, pepper. Blended and vacuum sealed with the breasts. Patted dry, brushed with butter, searzall (sou vide everything searing music in my head). Serve with grilled 🍅 and white basmati rice.

kevin morison doing everything on seperate skewers lets everything cook evenly. I do a skewer of meat, a skewer of onions, a skewer of peppers, a skewer of mushrooms, and a skewer of tomatoes. It’s weird, and people question it until they eat thier meal, and everything is perfect.
