Yum! Cooked this for dinner tonight. Had a whole chicken so cut into quarters, and only one apple so used that. Left out the berries and used dried rosemary. Really juicy and tasty. Next time I'll marinade longer (only had 1.5hrs). I'm wary of honey in mains as I don't like really sweet proper meals, but this was just right :)

Additionally, we’ve clearly mentioned in both the video and the ingredient list that fresh rosemary is used as a garnish, as roasted rosemary naturally browns. Rest assured, nothing in the presentation has been altered or misrepresented. We do feel your comment comes across as rather harsh.
