Still makes me laugh. I'm not sure if I've seen the making of or behind the scenes clips, but I feel like I've seen it before. Regardless, it's a great short with an actual story. I've been so used to making things for clients and brands that when I make a short it's always hard to find a good punch line or funny arc. Great job once again tom!

Thanks! Yes making films just for fun is most rewarding I think then paid jobs. This was a little fun project I shot with friends for fun back in 2009. I've shown various lighting setups from this film on my channel but this is the first time I am sharing the full film here.

I made this film in 2009. It played in film festivals in 2010 but someone leaked a copy of it on the internet here on KZbin and Facebook etc. I thought I would finally put it up on my own channel.

Yes very. I was surprised after it got into so many festivals and was even shortlisted for an Oscar nomination. Unfortunately it didn't go that far.

Today we rarely see people interacting with each other without a device going off or in their hand.
