@@groomingkitchen I know that the potato starch holds on to moisture and so would make the crust softer. I have not had the original without the potato starch. I made it for the first time yesterday and I added the potato starch. Please let me know if there is a difference. I love it and I really appreciate it. I will be making the Portuguese egg tarts next!๐
