Sir ji.. ye patra k recipe humare lucknow ki nahi banayi apne.. hum lucknow mei rehte hain aur yaha barish k mausam mei arbi k patto ka patra banate hain. Ap try krna is recipe mei jo besan ka paste use kia uski jagh pe urad dal chana dal n thoda sa chawal overnight soak kr k grind kr lena h uss paste mei kali mirch badi elachi salt imli ka paste n red chilli powder ginger uske krna h n then uss paste ko leaves pe apply kr k steam krna h then shallow fry.. vo recipe bhi ap try krna. Meri mumma aise hi banati hain.. badi tasty hoti. Yeh ap wali recipe bht easy hoti hai n tasty bhi but that daal wali filling wala patra is next level. Pls ap kabhi try krna.
