Human body are built to have flexibility. If you traced back our ancestor, they never have such a straight posture. It might be a reason modern posture are the cause of all our body pain and exhaustion. Diet play an important role too. Exercising and stretching can go back to our nature posture thus feeling more energy after doing it. Any nerve or muscle pain also associate with our minerals and vitamins. 70% are the caused of diet and 30% are movement aka exercise.
