Personal time stamps I use to help me. And random ones There too. 1:50: Jimmy rips 135lb off the floor. 2:10: push down with the arms as you drive through with the legs. 3:00: Retraction plus a bit of shoulder depression. 4:30: what tends to happen as the bar drifts away from your mid foot. 4:53: bend the bar against your legs. And where your shoulders should be, some people are outliers. 6:00: spacing of the shoulders and legs. 6:30: A little cheat move that’s helped me a lot. 7:25: strapping technique that Jimmy uses to get a better brace. 8:40: hook grip and strap tip. 9:32: explanation of what’s going on in Jimmy’s head. 10:12: drop down like your going to jump up. 10:53: Stance, arms, hips, and slack. 12:20: drop down vertically. This was huge for me. 15:32: sends 315lb to space. 16:37: 405lb pull. 18:05: 585lb pull. 18:23: 675lb attempt. 18:37: 675lb pull. 19:30: 705lb pull

I love this channel. I found Mark when he was on Rogan years ago and have followed him since. There are far too many lifting channels that have turned into viral click bait videos. These are informative and entertaining. Just a bunch of people hanging out, talking fitness, and making it digestable for someone like me. I'm a 37 year old Dad with two small kids who started lifting in November. I'm really tall and lanky, so putting weight on has been a challenge, but I've built a rack in my basement and I love watching these while getting in a good workout. Crazy how your warm up weights are me pushing it haha. One day!

i agree with lengthening the arms, instead of locking out up top. This way is easier on the lower back. and you actually feel it in the legs. and its more stable
