"You're too straight" -Ed Coan 2015 Mark it's awesome that you're featuring so much of Ed Coan. I remember when I asked both Jeremy "Couch" Hamilton and you who the greatest powerlifter was and you both immediately said "Ed Coan". He's getting the exposure he finally deserves. Major props. Also, he can put his hand on my bar anytime he wishes.

I would just like to thank you guys for the incredible amount of knowledge you spread with every video you post to this channel. I started watching these suprtraining videos back in 2011 when i first started competing in powerlifting. Since then i've added 530lbs to my raw total and increased my best meet squat from 315 to 575 (both in knee wraps). Not only do these videos entertain me, but the immense knowledge I gain from Mark, Mike, and their guests has helped me reach many of the goals that I've set for myself in this sport. I truly appreciate your contribution to powerlifting. Keep it up guys!

Man how Ed explained the deadlift made more sense than any other utube vid i seen. The whole push and over knees pull being all one motion and staying super tight and locked in on each rep instead of bouncing it off the floor and losing power. I got an extra 35 pounds on my deadlift this morning. Thumbs up to this vid.

Great video. I love the part with "fat dan". I myself am 6'3 and everyone is always telling me I need to work on my form and get lower and my back straight. But I just can't get down into that position. I can pull 585. Not shit compared to you guys but it's great to see yourself and ed addressing that taller guys get their strength from pulling due to longer hamstrings and back and our perfect form is not going to be the same as someone who is 5'8

***** This is called a special appearance. 1) There are many athletes that do this and do not coach anymore as a source of income. 2) Usually if the person is in business it gets advertised somewhere on the video so others can find out. 3) Instead of being sarcastic (which provides no help whatsoever) why not post a link of his information to help answer the question. Being sarcastic does not mean your not being a asshole to someone. How about you be apart of the solution instead of another problem. Thanks.

***** What happen to trying to help others. All you did was help your ego. We need more people like this in the world? I can take a joke, but not when someone is serious about something. That's like making a "joke" on a fat who is asking for a better food alternative and you say well I don't know but this pizza is really good. Come on man. You need to change your name because it is hypocritical and that's what I was saying in the first place. But hey free world right. You can insult anyone you wish.
