Check out this top bodyboarding tip, to help you fine tune your forward or reverse spins! We've helped thousands of bodyboarders achieve their first-ever 360's over the years, and we're just as thrilled as they are when they nail them. As a fundamental manoeuvre in bodyboarding, the next stage is perfecting them, which usually involves getting those legs crossed.
As the rotation starts, you need to lift and cross your legs up behind you while arching your back. This will centralise your weight to the middle of the board and, like a spinning top, create a centre point to your spin. It is also important to cross your legs from a style point of view. The tighter those legs are crossed and the closer to your butt, the more stylish the spin will be.
In this video, we've caught up with Brendon Moore, a local bodyboarder who runs his own gym called Moore Movement and Fitness in Newquay, to bring you top tips on how to perfect your Threesixty bodyboard spins. Whether you're hitting the gym or practicing at home, Brendon shares valuable insights to help you get those legs crossed tight, and make your 360 spins more stylish than ever. Don't miss out on this opportunity to get your spins tight!
