Hey man I just flew to North Carolina and bought a 1995 Del Sol VTEC for $2850 and drove it back home 13 hours to Chicago. Mechanically solid with overhauled suspension. Needs a windshield and some body work. Previous owner didn’t seem to care about keeping it clean but he did keep it mechanically sound. It has 142k on the B16a3. I discovered your channel before because I also have a 2000 Prelude Type SH - but I’m hella excited to be in the Del Sol game now too. This car needs a deep clean like you’ve been doing in these videos. Just wanted to say Whattup and thanks for the thorough videos! It’s really helpful to be able to see everything done before actually diving in! Keep up the good work bro! 🤙

can't wait to do all this tomorrow to my 93 Sol Si. came out clean. my trunk carpet is like new but just noticed a trunk and interior leak so ima work on it asap before the trunk/interior carpets get all messed up from the water. BTW Great video's.

What year is it? I've heard people say that 95 and above had a trunk release but I want a comparison to see if that's a problem or not if it get a 92-94 model

its a 93, that is true about the trunk release. i plan to just swap the lever and cable to have it inside

@@melancholypuppy3595 front bumpper cover, trunk release, dash board with passenger airbag, obd2 d16y8, updated manual trans with slight longer gears and aluminum shift fork which i hear are weak compared to prev trans. all black interior instead of black with gray, power door locks. i believe that is it

How the hell did you get those plastic molding clips that sit on top of the rear part of the trunk? Just pry them up with a flathead screwdriver?

if i remember correctly just turned they to the left or right and clip should pop up and get loose.

SwishLife Garage you’re right, you have to rotate them 90 degrees in order for them to come out properly.
