This was so very good. Life is tradeoffs. I think I need to apply that to distress I feel about my life pretty much across the board. So very very thankful for you Susan. I've been around your content enough to know there's been quite a journey in coming to be where you're at, and thank you so much for your hard work in mining it for the gold that you offer the world in all your various super insightful contributions. 💕

Susan, I've been an active follower for 2+ years and have seen every video. There are two topics however that haven't been covered that I really would like. 1. BLE and mental conditions. What to expect when you have conditions like ADHD or autism. I've been diagnosed with ADHD and have been on medication for two weeks. Because of this I've slowly been eating better and tightening my lines! 2. Please, Please, PLEASE redo your excerise topics videos. I listened to the wear bunny slippers talk for too long, lost my strength and am now in physical therapy. Please encourage that they shouldn't "work out", after a few weeks they should still be active. Heart rate shouldn't go over 120-130 bpm, but walk 10000 steps a day, do yoga, a Barre class to keep your flexibility and strength. I fear others will do as I did, esp if they are slow losers or are coming from big numbers. Thanks!

Hi, there! Thank you so much for the suggestions! You'll be happy to know Susan has been researching BLE + ADD/ADHD so she can cover this topic and she recently did an exercise Vlog. You can find it here: brightlineeating.com/2021/02/when-to-start-exercising/ Thanks for watching! 🧡

@@TheDriftwoodlover If for sure has no helped. By brain craves stimulation plus being impulsive has me forgetting my emergency action plan. A good journal is essential in remembering what I need to or have eaten but it's boring to keep. Stayed bright for a few months but got impatient and bored . Hoping my new meds gives me enough focus to succeed!

I’m so glad my weight loss doctor recommended your book to me. Recent subscriber, I think I need to binge on your channel. 🤣🤣😉😉 I’ve hit a rough patch this week but am taking steps this morning to turn it around.

Thank you so much for this vlog! I now have peace with myself with being an optimalist. I appreciate how you quickly step in and respond to the Bright Lifer community! It's also peaceful to be able to become honest with myself and acknowledging that I'm not perfect! WHEW!! What a relief!! It all helps me to know that I'm human and the plan is definitely working for me! Love you SPT for always educating us on our BLE Journey! 🌹

This really spoke to me! I am definitely a perfectionist, 100%!! When I break my lines it's SO hard to get back on because I wasn't perfect. I will look into that book that Susan recommended.
