I always greet my invaders. Sometimes they're cool and we just chill and explore. Sometimes they give me presents. One time an invader have me some fully upgraded weapons and a really good talisman.

One time the host was afk and the invader and I made a modern art installation piece with rainbow stones in a big circle around the host.

I think some invaders are just lonely people and if you take time to do a wave or fancy spin emote it touches their little hearts.

@@timelessnugget I once tried to invade with the name FRIENDLY NPC...people attacked me on sight even with no weapon and fancy drip/host-trick mirror on...Invaders sometimes just want, as you said, to interact with other players one way or another...I think the game should have some sort of social contract: recusants are the a-hole out there to just kill...bloody fingers could be something else? Idk, just a thought

But perhaps? :P Luminary mogh wants to make a dynasty for love, as per varré, they even make sure to kill your maiden so you don't have a choice but to join their crew :D Not counting how rikkard just wants to eat you for your rune levels to grow strong enough to eat the elden beast, and even ranni won't stop you from killing her big brother gone crazy...

What you have seen is probably me remembering to turn it on after I see the first invasion Me and my friend like hosting for 2v2s mostly and the only time I would turn it off is when someone like dual nagi bhs user is running away Anyways, I appreciate your build choices and hope you'll have better luck in our future fights

First guy set his hp to 0 without triggering the death flag, and since his HP is at zero, taking additional damage doesn't register as it would'nt do anything, the game thinks he is already in a death state. Annoying af, but yeah, even gravity doesn't do anything to these guys if they don't want it to.
