That looks awesome! I do pretty well with the roasted lamb and vegetables, but I definitely let myself down when it comes to the gravy.

@PerimasKitchen I put carrots, onion and celery in the oven dish to catch the lamb juices... I may have had the heat a little high, there is a hint of bitterness from the burnt vegetables 🤔 but it's still good! I'll make a few minor adjustments next time. I'll check some more of your videos, too 👍

I will have to give your recipe a go next time. I made a lamb gravy today following a recipe that said to add dry white wine, the result was awful. I like that yours has butter, no alcohol and that you used boiling water to get as much off the bottom of the pan as possible. Look forward to trying your version :)
